# My Profile

> **Visibility depends on permissions.** Profile details may be visible to production staff according to project permissions.

> **Manage your personal information, measurements, known conflicts, and headshot.**

***

## Overview

The Profile settings panel is your personal hub for updating contact details, uploading a headshot, selecting pronouns, and, for linked cast profiles, entering costume measurements and reviewing known conflicts.

***

## Accessing My Profile

Open **Settings** from the sidebar, then choose the **Profile** subtab. The avatar menu now opens the lightweight **Account** modal for sign-out and cloud-project switching.

If your account is not linked to a Personnel record yet, production staff cannot see the saved profile. On Book stores those unlinked edits as a local draft until stage management links your account to Personnel.

## Cast Profile Sections

If your linked Personnel record is a cast profile, the Profile panel also shows sizing fields and a **View Known Conflicts** action.

### Rack Sizes

Quick-reference standard sizes:

* **Shirt Size** — XS through 3XL
* **Pant Size** — Waist measurement
* **Dress Size** — US dress sizing
* **Shoe Size** — US shoe sizing

### Detailed Measurements

Enter precise measurements for costume construction:

* **Upper Body**: Chest, waist, neck, shoulders, arm length
* **Lower Body**: Inseam, outseam, hips, thigh
* **Other**: Hat size, glove size, height, weight

### Silhouette Default

Your pronoun selection helps default the measurement silhouette:

* Pronouns containing "she" → Feminine silhouette
* Pronouns containing "he" → Masculine silhouette
* Other → Neutral silhouette

You can always override this manually.

***

### Known Conflicts

Cast members can open their known conflicts from Profile settings. This view is read-only for self-service profile review; production staff manage conflict edits from Personnel and scheduling workflows.

***

## Saving Changes

1. Make your edits in any tab
2. Click **Save** at the bottom
3. Linked-profile changes sync to the production Personnel record; unlinked-profile changes remain in your local draft

::: warning
Closing the modal without saving will discard unsaved changes.
