My Profile Tutorial Script

Tutorial Goal

Update your personal profile, upload a headshot, and save optional cast measurement details when your project role includes them.

Before starting: Profile details may be visible to production staff according to project permissions.

Scene 1: Open the Feature

Open /pro/user/features/my-profile. This tutorial shows one common task from the feature page, not a full product tour.

Scene 2: Update your profile and save it

Open the modal from your avatar, make the edits, and save before closing.

1. Open My Profile: Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select My Profile.
2. Edit basic details: Update display name, phone, pronouns, and headshot. Email changes go through an admin.
3. Save changes: If you use the Measurements tab, enter only the needed sizes, then click Save at the bottom.

Scene 3: Confirm where the profile update appears

After saving, check the places that depend on your profile so you know the update synced.

• Personnel card: Your headshot and display name should update on your roster card.
• Contact fields: Stage managers see contact details according to project permissions.
• Measurements: Cast measurement fields are available only when assigned as a cast member.

Scene 4: Closing without saving discards edits

Profile data can be visible to production staff. Save intentionally, collect only the details the production needs, and do not assume unsaved modal changes persist.
