Overview
The Activity Log provides production leaders with a management-focused view of recent edits, additions, and updates made across the production by collaborators. It is an activity feed for situational awareness, not a legal or compliance audit log.
Features
Activity Summary Widget
Found on the Dashboard, the Activity Summary Widget surfaces recent production changes immediately upon login, giving managers a quick pulse of current activity.
Activity Log Tab
The dedicated Activity Log tab provides grouped recent history.
- Grouped moments: Related changes can appear as one grouped moment, with the count showing how many individual changes were included.
- Friendly detail rows: Expanded groups show readable summaries such as project updates, schedule events, show-structure items, props, costumes, or blocking paths.
- Deep links: When a change has a destination in the app, selecting it opens the relevant production surface.
Access
This feature is focused on Admin and Management roles. In the current permission model, Activity Log visibility is gated by broad production visibility, so limited project members may not see it even when they can open other basic project tools.
