Page Setup

Reports are formatted for:

  • Letter (8.5" × 11") — Default
  • A4 (210mm × 297mm) — Auto-detected from browser

The Reports modal also exposes font size, density, gridline, and page-break controls where they apply.

Headers & Footers

All reports include:

  • Production name in the header
  • Report title and date
  • Page numbers in the footer

Color vs. Black & White

Reports use color for:

  • Status indicators
  • Priority highlighting
  • Category badges

For black & white printing, these render as patterns/shading.

Saving as PDF

  1. In the print dialog, select Save as PDF (or "Microsoft Print to PDF")
  2. Choose a save location
